With 25 years of experience in property, a chartered surveyor, homeowner, property developer and investor, combined with a deep-rooted passion for property, I founded The Home Moving Expert.
As a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), I bring a strong code of conduct, extensive knowledge and professionalism to every property transaction.
Former Partner and Director at leading global and independent real estate practices, I have deep expertise in the property cycle, ensuring a seamless, hassle-free journey.
A firm believer that personal time should be spent enjoying holidays, hobbies and relaxing with family and friends, I help people to find their dream home with confidence and ease – be it a primary residence, second home or investment property.
Since my first house purchase in 1997 I have concluded over £20M in transactional sales, offering a high-end service from the very beginning of your property journey, utilising my knowledge and extensive book of contacts.

Property search and shortlist
Through my extensive experience and network of contacts, I’ll source and provide a curated list of suitable properties based on client criteria. This includes analysing exclusive and discreet listings not available to the general market.
Property viewing
All property viewings will be arranged and attended, and I’ll provide detailed feedback and professional assessments for each.
Offer and negotiation
I’ll handle all negotiations with sellers and their agents, assessing the appropriate level of offer, and submitting one that secures the best possible price and terms.
Due diligence, the paperwork
Upon acceptance of your offer, I’ll handle the legal and administrative part of the process. This includes liaising with estate agents, solicitors, surveyors and other stakeholders. I’ll endeavour to prioritise your timescales, where possible, to ensure that we can work towards them timely and efficiently.
Handover
On the day of completion, I’ll personally speak with all parties involved to ensure a seamless end-to-end service. Where possible, I’ll arrange to pick the keys up and hand them over to you at your new home!
